STEVE WECLEW, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Steve joined Precedent Hospitality and Condominium Associates in January of 2019. He brings a tremendous level of experience with him and has very rounded skill set that will certainly help support all departments.  A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Master's degree in Accounting.  He was previously with Deloitte and Touche in multiple roles within audit and assurance, Smith & Nephew as Director of Finance, LM Funding America as Chief Financial Officer, and most recently Trifecta Networks as Chief Financial Officer. In these different roles, Steve has managed people and departments, been responsible for sales, capital raises, and been responsible for business processes, software and systems maintenance.

Steve is married to his wife Cynthia (12 years), who is a successful real estate agent for Gillen & Associates and also a UCF alumnae.  Steve and Cynthia live in Oldsmar with their two children, David and Kate.

 
 

MANJOLA “LOLA” KAVARIC, CFE, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

Lola is a financial management professional with 33 years of experience. She is an integral part of CA and Precedent Hospitality, managing the finance team. She is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects company-wide. Lola’s areas of expertise include financial analysis, profit improvement, project management, auditing, training, Acquisitions, and strategic planning. Lola holds a double Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Business Administration. She has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in accounting. Lola is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Tampa Bay Chapter of ACFE (Association Certified Fraud Examiners) serving a three-year term. Lola attributes her success in the industry to building relationships based on integrity, communication, and trust. She also led initiatives and projects to create overall efficiencies across the teams and developed procedures to enhance programs within departments. She has been certified by the FL State Department, teaching CAMs and Board members about preventing Fraud in Condo/HOAs and Budget preparation. Her diverse background includes industries ranging from banking to non-profit to insurance and real estate/HOA management fields. She also speaks multiple languages, enjoys the beach, traveling, Community service, a good book, and spending time with her family away from work.

 
 

WENDY MURRAY, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Wendy Murray has been in the HOA industry since 1997. She has served as President of her HOA Board of Directors for more than a decade and understands what it means to serve as a volunteer. She has been an executive for two national management companies and has been with Precedent Hospitality and Condominium Associates for over 5 years. She is a FL licensed Community Association Manager and holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations, CMCA, designation. She has overseen community management firms throughout the southeastern region of the US and is originally from North Carolina. Since moving to Florida in 1995, she has gone through multiple tropical storms and hurricanes in both southeast FL and southwest FL. She became a FEMA CERT graduate in 2004 and FEMA Professional Development Series graduate in 2005. Teaching CAMs and Board members about emergency preparedness is one of her passions as well as mentoring others in the industry.

She is Executive Vice President of Precedent Hospitality and Property Management and leads business development, education, sales and acquisitions.

 

DOUG JENKINS, LCAM, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS & ANCILLARY BUSINESS

Doug has been working in the property management, development and investment industries since 1987. He has been an Executive Director, Director of HUD Programs and Affordable Housing Development, an on-site Manager, a Regional Manager, Vice President of Operations and Portfolio Asset Manager for a diversity of Community Management, Investment and Development entities. Doug has worked with HUD, LIHTC, Conventional Multifamily and Condominium Communities. His broadest responsibility consisted of overseeing the program compliance and monitoring operations of over 900 multifamily communities throughout the U.S. for institutional investors.

Doug joined Precedent in 2011 and serves as Executive Vice President of Operations and Ancillary Business.  Doug focuses on the refinement of working efficiencies, delivery of exemplary customer services and advancement of Precedent’s Mission as well as Business Philosophy.  Doug is also involved in the assessment and progression of secondary business groups that support the core Precedent activities. Doug has his Community Association and Real Estate Licenses as well as a number of technical certifications.

Doug plays a mean guitar, enjoys music and living in Dunedin.

 

DIANA GOETZ, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

As an accomplished Executive Vice President with a wealth of experience and knowledge, Diana is a true professional in the field of association management. With a career that spans over three decades, she has proven herself to be a dedicated and passionate leader with a unique ability to inspire and motivate those around her.

Originally hailing from California, Diana began her professional journey as the spouse of an Army officer. After raising two amazing sons and spending 20 years in the military, she embarked on a successful career in real estate before ultimately finding her calling in association management.

Starting out as a receptionist at Condominium Associates, Diana worked tirelessly to learn the ins and outs of the industry. She quickly established herself as a hardworking and determined individual who was eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Over the years, Daina has achieved every goal that has been placed before her. Her tireless work ethic and commitment to excellence have earned her a well-deserved promotion to the position of Regional Manager, where she demonstrated her superior leadership skills and ability to inspire others.

Today, Diana serves as the Executive Vice President of Management, where she continues to mentor and guide both in-house staff and board members. Her exceptional teaching skills and ability to lead by example have made her an invaluable member of the team, and she is highly respected throughout the industry.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Diana enjoys spending time with her family, including her five grandchildren. She also has a passion for outdoor activities such as kayaking and bicycling, as well as enjoying a good book or a leisurely motorcycle ride.

In all aspects of her life, Diana brings a unique blend of dedication, professionalism, and passion, making her a truly remarkable individual and an asset to any organization lucky enough to have her on board.

 

CHRISTINE STAMP, LCAM, VICE PRESIDENT OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Christine Stamp, a native of Pennsylvania who spent her formative years in the beautiful landscapes of Southwest Florida, is a dedicated professional in the hospitality and management industry. With an impressive two-decade-long career in this field, she has honed her expertise and established herself as a respected figure.

For the past decade, Christine has been an integral part of the esteemed Precedent Hospitality team, contributing her skills and knowledge to the organization's growth and success. Her commitment to providing exceptional service and fostering memorable experiences has earned her accolades from both colleagues and clients.

While balancing her career and personal interests, Christine finds fulfillment in her role as a loving spouse and devoted parent.

INES CLINTON, DIRECTOR OF SALES AND TRANSITION

Ines Clinton is the Precedent Hospitality Operations Coordinator. She has been with Precedent Hospitality since 2006. She is directly responsible for on-boarding all new communities into the PHP portfolios utilizing best practice property transition methodology. Ines is also responsible for carrying out the technical and administrative tasks necessary to ensure Association meeting notices are prepared in accordance with Florida statute. She is a licensed Real Estate Advisor with a GRI designation and has served on her Homeowners Association Board of Directors for three years. She is a member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization, Clearwater Chamber of Commerce, and an avid volunteer and donor for the Tampa Bay Heart Association.

Ines was born in Bosnia and was raised in Berlin, Germany. She is fluent in Serbian, German and English. Ines met her husband Darren in 2011 and has been happily married since 2016. They currently reside in Clearwater, Florida and retain a second residence in Ireland. Ines enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
